This is one of the best yoga studios I have ever Attended. It was very impressed with Ashlyn and Jordan‘s knowledge and experience in leading their students through Bikram yoga posters. Their studio is situated in the Carson Valley while right out their door you get a view of the Sierras Nevada mountains. The room is hot, and the yoga postures challenging. This has been so therapeutic and much better than anything else I've tried! I'm sleeping better at night, I'm controlling my emotions better. Finding this studio is literally the very best thing that's ever happened to me recently. I'm so grateful for this studio and it's the original Bikram hot yoga!
