I have excellent treatment with Dr Carla Farnsworth. So nice and easy to talk to. Staff always friendly and efficient.
Do not recommend. The current psychiatrist (Carla Farnsworth) accused me, over a negative screening for my medication, of not taking the medication I need daily due to it showing up negative on the "sensitive" urine screening they used. 5 to 7 minute "check in" appointments were habitual. Did not concider the high likelihood of many variables that could cause a false negative for a very low dose, and instead of letting me retest, reactively discharged after I complained that the way the 7 minute appointment was approached wa... read more
The experience at Carson Valley Behavioral Health is excellent! First the staff is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I have been going for 2 years and they have been so helpful. Whether you are in need of counseling or psychiatric help, they are the best. Secondly don't pay attention to the negative reviews. This place truly cares and wants to help you. : )
I love this place, everyone is so kind and understanding. I'm not sure how they got any bad reviews in the first place...I see Dr Carla Farnsworth and she is fantastic! Definitely recommend!
