This gym is incredibly welcoming — like a fun, supportive family. The owner is kind and goes above and beyond for her clients, and the atmosphere is great. The classes boost confidence both physically and mentally. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Have been a member for 5 years and love working out here. The programming is great and I continue to set PRs. The members are so friendly and supportive. I highly recommend checking them out if your looking for a supportive environment and a great place to workout!!
I've been going to classes for 3 months now - and yesterday My Dr. reduced my diabetes meds by 1/2!!! I also lost 4 pounds. I'm feeling so good & have more strength in my everyday activities. So glad I joined! I see & feel the results of my hard work. And it is hard work! LOL
