I've been going to classes for 3 months now - and yesterday My Dr. reduced my diabetes meds by 1/2!!! I also lost 4 pounds. I'm feeling so good & have more strength in my everyday activities. So glad I joined! I see & feel the results of my hard work. And it is hard work! LOL
Visited from Alabama and was my first experience with cross fit. Everyone from instructors to class participants were super friendly and helpful with showing me the way making me feel at home. Living proof that healthy people are happy people. Will look into CF when I get home to Alabama.
