This is a very unprofessional practice. It is almost impossible to speak with a human on the phone. The message on the voice mail is we will call you, if you must leave a message only do it once. We may call you back but only when you're turn comes around. I hope this business changes its business model or fails.
The doctors/staff are awesome and welcoming and the rooms are super nice and cozy if you have to do a sleep study. I never have an issue with my doctor, Dr Foster, or this office. �
The staff were kind and very compassionate. I was seen for an infected c section wound a week post partum and at the time was breastfeeding and they let me feed while they worked on me <3 thank you so much for making this difficult time better in more ways than one.
Just finished my sleep study there. The girl that helped me was amazing and made it feel less nerve racking.
Horrible management. They over work you! No breaks no lunch breaks!
RecommendedI wonder if Doc Bessette remembers his NMCB 3 days!
