SOOO We go to pick up our newe toy hauler do the presentation...Seany and I are loading up of all our stuff while Mark is doing the presentation when this guy comes up to tell us they CAN NOT sell us the unit because its overrated for our truck . ARE you FREAKING KIDDING me !!!! After 3 weeks and hundreds of dollars spent on other things for our unit ? HUGE WTF ... !!!! 😡💔

Recommendedwhat a fantastic experience, from when we first saw the fifth wheel at the RV show in Reno to the purchase everything went smooth without a hitch. Every department from sales, finance to parts were all friendly, knowledgeable and went out of thier way to help and make our experience awesome. Everything was explained to us in detail, very nice home town feel not like the dealers in Reno, Will highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know who wants to purchase an RV.

We just brought home our new No Boundaries 19.7 and couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! Worst experience ever.. will never go back.. We found the perfect 5th wheel for my husband and I. I contacted the amazing sales person Warren, and started working with him, I sent pictures of our current trailer to start the trade in process. We went in and Warren was off work, so we worked with Chris who then after we thought we were starting to work a deal proceeded to tell us that we 1. couldn't afford to buy the 5th wheel we wanted and 2 that we were playing games because he found that someone in the Reno Store had pictu... read more

We looked for several weeks, all over Northern Nevada and finally found a trailer with the floorplan we like at a great price at Carson City RV.
