The Central Oregon Branch consists of two bulk plants and six card lock locations. The Prineville bulk plant was established in 1991 with the purchase of Overall Petroleum. In 2001 Carson purchased Pioneer Energy’s facility in Madras. Between the two bulk plants we service as far south as Lapine, North to Maupin, west to Black Butte Ranch, and east to Ashwood, Antelope, and Mitchell.
