Top notch electronic emergency vehicle sirens and light controls. Special attention is paid to the design topology of their siren amplifiers to ensure that the sound and power quality remains true to their distinct "Carson" sound. They're also a contract manufacturer of TH and SMT PCB boards and assemblies, which allows them to keep their QC up and costs down.
A Siren controller stopped working on my vehicle. I had no idea how to troubleshoot the problem, other than check connections, fuse and wiring. I sent the unit back as it was under warranty. It was diagnosed, repaired and included a note regarding installation to prevent the problem from happening again. It took, from the day I shipped it to Carson Mfg for repair a total of 9 days total. Extremely fast turnaround. Thank you for taking care of this repair for me in such a timely fashion.
