Carson Honda installs KARR alarms in its lease vehicles. I have a '21 Accord and the KARR system has caused all manner of malfunction and headache. Nobody offered the KARR system to me, I would have refused. Their installation led to multiple failure modes with the electronics. Looks elsewhere!

I wouldn’t go to any other dealership but Carson Honda Dealership because they always have the best customer service and are very attentive and work with you a lot.

I was offered the KARR alarm as part of a “markup package” without a choice to not have the alarm and I got suckered into buying that option. They refused to refund it after I realized m my mistake. They would deactivate the alarm but raise the purchase price to match it so basically they force you to buy the alarm.
