This home inspector came highly recommended by my realtor. Scott did our home inspection. He was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. The house didn't have an AC unit yet and it was a 28°C+ day. Scott didn't complain once and was running around the house working hard. The report was generated later that day and was 77 pages of extremely thorough work. I would highly recommend.

Jim Gibson is extremely knowledgeable and a very nice man to boot. I love the fact that he is also an engineer. He explained the inspection and concerns he had in great detail. I received the report in a timely manner with the pictures and inspection notes being clear and easy to follow.
