Company refuses to return phone calls after home inspection is complete. We had an issue with our fridge that we paid for extra coverage to inspect and make sure all appliances are in working order. 1st week moved into our house, we had an issue with our fridge. Called and called, but the secretary says management will call you back. Call back again and again with the same message. Excellent inspector. Josh was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was personable and encouraged us to be a part of his inspection so we would really understand the process and any issues that he found. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and he really took his time and explained everything to us—I would 100% recommend to anyone.

The house inspection was very thorough and well explain as we moved through the house. Greg was very professional and open to answer any question that I had. The report is very complete and easy to read and understand with additional suggestions on how to keep our house well maintained
