I highly do not recommend this company. There was a serious foundation issue with the home we purchased. We were told everything was resolved by this company. We are left with long time neglected issues the previous owner didn't resolve $$$
Informed and friendly inspector who explained all issues and answered all questions from the buyer patiently
Our inspector, Gordon Mathieu, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Although it was our first time using Carson Dunlop, Gordon provided exceptional service and made the experience great!
Very thorough report and the inspector walked me through everything. In the end, the inspection saved me from buying a house that would have been a money pit.
