I gladly drive down from Reno to Carson Dental as they consistently show care, professionalism, and are thorough in their work. Dr West and staff are fabulous to work with, provide options for future care, and offer different programs that match your dental insurance or cash.
Dr. Ron West was great he explains everything in detail and he really spends the time needed to make sure you feel conformable.

Went in for a cleaning---highgentise was great and efficient! Never felt a thing! Dr. West and I had a great talk about what was to be done in the future for my teeth and the reseptionest gave me the estimate and everything was to my liking! Great dentist and staff!
I don't have any issue with the work. My issue is with the payment part of the visit. While there to get three crowns redone, I was presented with a bill for just under 4000 dollars. I was told that insurance would only pay 1500 dollars. I was charged 2250 on my credit card and after a few weeks, I received a statement from my insurance company that showed they had only paid 1251 dollars.
