Dental hygienist was good. Billing not so much. If you like hidden bills, this is your place. I was clear, I needed to no price upfront. Sure enough after I paid a hidden bill for twice the amount rolled in. I do not recommend, unless you don�t mind paying hidden bills, that are not even broken down, so you don�t even know what your paying for. Beware.
It was time to change dentists and found Carson Dental Design. I was very impressed with my first visit and looking forward to many years of treatment. The staff was wonderful and great to work with. I am now referring my husband and co-workers. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Jill did a very thorough cleaning. She said I should get a Sonicare toothbrush to better remove the hard deposits on my teeth. Dr. West heard this and gave me one!

If you need a great hygienist, go see Gina! She is gentle, very thorough, informative and of course very nice! :)Dr. West is very knowledgeable, good at what he does, friendly and gets the job done!
Dr West is the best dentist I have ever had. He has saved my teeth and they look the best ever. Also, his staff is fantastic
My last review was about how outstanding and personable my experiences were. How happy and friendly the office felt. Unfortunately, over the last year or so. Staff has changed as well as the atmosphere. Which is a shame, Starting to feel like no one has time for you as a patient.
Only went in for a cleaning on this visit, hygienist was very friendly and gentle. Even took extra time to deal with some stubborn plaque buildup.
