If a mental health facility cant even be accessed via bus line in the first place, that tells me all I need to know about how little the organization cares for its community and the clients that need genuine, uncondtional help. Therapy should be available to whoever needs it. I have had my fair share of problems with BHN but overall the experience has been fine. I'd say if you get Molly Kong as a med provider probably ask to swap because she dropped me for missing an appointment due to my indoor cat getting out of the house. After waiting for another provider she took me back again but then cancelled on the day of the first appointment and dropped me as her patient with someone in the office sitting my previously missed appointment as the reason. If I could give it a zero I would. Numerous times I've said if your too busy, please let us know. 6 intake sessions, 2 different intake personal, 2 different supervisors involved .... Still no therapist because Intake was never completed. If you can't help children than tell people your full. Tell people your busy. Had a virtual appt, no link sent, no call, called to find out why and was told I was marked as a no show. Was by home phone & cell phone with husband next me, nothing. Never missed an appt in 10 years. Check your providers, this is not the first time this provider has messed up on an appt with me. I had an appt once in the morning and was called at 5pm. Very upset as they kick you out after a few no shows
