The staff and DDS's are all courteous. I have the feeling they actually remember my name, unlike a huge, impersonal but competent practice I attended in the Inland Empire area. I worked in dental offices for 18 years and taught dental assisting. Believe me, I've vetted this office, education, tooth preps, etc. They must make notes on everyone's chart...They tailor the treatment to the patient, unlike lower standard offices where every unique problem is ignored. Relax. Go get your check-up.
