I would like to greatly thank Carsmetics staff and especially the supervisor by name Peter for the great Job they did on my Black Camry. Helll no . Even if this was the last place on earth. Worst customer service ever received . The owner is Peter Campopiano is as unprofessional . No wonder the workers have no customer service skills look at who the manager is . Very unprofessional yelling at me a customer. Never got no paper work about any car work they would be doing in my car. I went in there asking for them to fix the hood. Never got asked to sign any paper work or anything. Carsmetics did a wonderful job on my Scion tC. Between the replacement panels, paint job, and rim work they did, everything looks brand new and flawless. Customer service was awesome. They accommodated me when I had to go away and were able to get the vehicle done in time for me to complete my registration and inspection before my trip. They made everything so easy. This was a Geico preferred shop. I am so glad I went with these guys.
I’ve had a few accidents over the years and Peter was outstanding with his service. He helped me get a car loaner until my car was completed. When I picked up the car it was brand new and I was very happy ! Also they did my brakes and I thought it was very reasonable compared to other places I shopped for prices. I recommend Carsmetics to everyone. 5 stars !
