Great service and great people
They are always thorough and complete. They take pictures of the “bad” part. They have found problems that others couldn’t. I have used them quite a bit for different repairs and maintenance. The shuttles, coupons, loaner cars, and friendly professionals make them my choice.
I always take my 2015 Malibu LS to CarSmart because they are professional and courteous and have free rental vehicles to loan to you if they have any available. I always try to deal with Patrick because he is awesome. Everyone at CarSmart are professional and courteous. Wouldn’t take my car any were else that is how great CarSmart is. And they fix everything from foreign to demestic. And 95% of the time they get your car or truck fixed the same day. And they all are polite. Can’t say enough about CarSmart.
CarSmart was incredibly helpful too me. I went in just for a routine oil change and they told me they found several other issues that were of great concern, even brought me into the garage to show them to me so I could make a fully informed decision. Everyone was kind, courteous, and beyond professional quality care was given to my vehicle for the whole time. They even gave me a free shuttle lift back to my home while I waited on the repairs. I will definitely be going back to them.
Excellent services, friendly staff, really like how they send pictures of what work their going to be doing and explain in detail what's going to be done first before doing it!
