They were all very nice and I didn't feel talked down to, they explained what was wrong with my car and let me pay over time which I was very thankful for. I've already had my car back in for an oil change and will be using them for my future maintenance and car needs.
Patrick and his team were awesome! As a college student who knows nothing about cars living hours away from home, they were able to not only communicate with both me and my dad clearly as well as come pick my car up when I couldn’t get it jumped. They were super kind and communicative the entire time, I’d definitely recommend and will use CarSmart in the future for sure!
