Do NOT buy from this dealer! 3 months after I bought it, the engine failed!! They would not help and were extremely rude.
Check engine light came on a few days after buying. Now heating system out. No one to call nor take for service. Warranty worthless. Business is closed.

The only way a individual learn about a business,is a individual had experience with the business, I purchased a vehicle from this business, taking them at there honesty, I purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, Within a week of having the vehicle, the Transmission light came on, I took the vehicle to Certified Transmission, I was told the Vehicle Transmission has metal shavings in it for some time, that there was codes that was tried to be deleted they was able to recover, I called carsmart & come to find out Permanently Clo... read more
Bought my car a few years ago. I'm still paying on my vehicle but have since discovered that my car was a flood vehicle. I'm on my third transmission, and currently repairing the front axle of my car. They should know better and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hardworking people.

According to the current CARFAX and Autocheck reports, the vehicle has been driven more than ****** miles in 3 years. The vehicle also had an extended service contract that would have covered any transmission repair(s) for 2 years or ****** miles of coverage from the date of purchase. Neither of the CARFAX and signed Autocheck reports show any history of flood, frame or accident damage before the customer purchased it from ********************. Addison was super helpful and very helpful! Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have the power group, & that's a deal breaker for my Granddaughter's BD car. Recommend them for their excellent customer service, & how quickly they got back to me!!!

I'm currently dealing with a vehicle that I purchased from btw my 3rd vehicle!! And I'm 3 months in and the engine light has already came on I've had issue after issue with this car and I'm 9,000 upside down and I don't even have horrible credit 26,000 for a vehicle engine light coming on and of course with this waste of extended warranty nothing is covered.
