The place itself is friendly and the people there are nice. However, I have had my truck for almost a year now since purchasing it from them, and it has been nothing but a pain. I have spent more money on repairs than I have on payments. I love the truck, but if I had known the true condition of it I would have passed on buying it from them.

Unhappy MAMA Funny, I had the exact same experience as "Concerned Buyer" except I was seven months pregnant and buying the safest vehicle I could afford. Of course, I would never had purchased a vehicle that had been involved in an accident, even worse with a bent frame. Here I am five years later and I find out about this and have been driving it. We would never buy a car anywhere else! Being in the service industry for most of my life, I appreciate amazing service and Car smart provides this. We are treated like royalty when we go in to get anything done on the vehicles we have purchased from Car smart from oil changes to repair work. This type of service does not go unnoticed or unrecognized. My husband and I will recommend Guy Alfieri and his team to our closest family and friends and anyone else looking to buy a vehicle.
Steer clear of this place. Nothing but crooks and a whole bunch of dishonesty. I need not waste my time speaking of my entire experience that I am still enduring, but I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
