Great dealer came from the Bronx on a Kia I was given top notice service got me great payments and a great insurance plan I saved thousands by coming to carsbuck !!
I requested additional information at least twice regarding this vehicle and I only received a canned response each time. I also asked a question regarding the advertised price of the vehicle (I asked if it was the final price as I've seen reviews where people were charged an additional 30% when they arrived at the dealership). The response I received stated I'll have to make an appointment with the finance manager, which isn't feasible for me as I live 5 hours away.
They sucked! When I got there the tires had no air in them! The battery was dead! The back up camera was upside down! No help at all from salesman! Like I was.selling the car to myself! HORRIBLE!!!
This was the worst car buying experience EVER!!! The price listed was $10995 drove 2 hours in traffic to go see.....The Price WAS NOT $10995 it was $14500. The "advertised price" was "including a 30% downpayment" None of the listed information stated this...a complete and total waste of time...this group gives used car sales a bad name! Do not do business with the group. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Don;t even want to give one star!
The dealer did respond to me rather quickly, but they failed to answer my questions before I went to their lot. I live over an hour(60 miles) away. I contacted them via CG, and Tony, got back to me and redirected me to use another email to contact them. I quickly wrote them an email, explaining that I was very interested in a certain vehicle and that I had a few questions about the vehicle. This dealer is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Bought a car back in March and have not had any problems with the car. They are very attentive and do they're best to work with you. Wanted to say thank you for such great service. You guys rock!

I would rate it a 3 Star. It looks like a lot of people are satisfied with their service here.. But I drove from NJ to see the car. The car was there. It was a good looking car, and the asking price was 8999. I tried to negotiate the price but the dealer associate told me that there is actually a 1500$ fee associated with the purchase of the vehicle. I understand the decision to not negotiate the price, however, I think that if the dealership has a 1500$ fee it should be included in the price or at the very least the dealers... read more
