ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS GET MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES. SO IS YOU ARE EVER IN AN ACCIDENT DON'T LET CARSRUS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a disgrace! They are a bunch of insurance scammers! They scout out accidents to tow your vehicle to their hell hole of a location then charge ridiculously high fees that give your insurance a hard time to finalize your claim. If you're unfortunate and have a accident make sure that this random guy doesn't come up to you from this place and take your car. Best advice is give them the finger and tell them goodbye!
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!I can't even begin to tell you how awful our experience with this place has been. our car was taken to this lot after a random guy saw my partner have an accident and suggested to bring the car to his business, that should have been our first sign to not take it there. it took insurance well over a week to get in there and take the car to be inspected. the first day we tried to clear stuff out of the car, we were not able to because the employee that had our key/information/whatever just... read more
