After spending over $20,000.00 for two vehicles in one month, the motor in one started to have a noise in it after only having it not even 3 months and not even putting 3,000 miles on it. After calling Cars R Us and informing them, Eddy told us he would call us back. No return call, but he texted a reply that he would not cover it. Eddy did not even have the professionalism to call us back. I will never recommend Cars R Us or and affiliates.
Eddie truly made the car buying experience a pleasure. Not only is he an expert of his business, he is a genuine, personable and funny guy. We will definitely be back to see Eddie at Cars-R-Us in the future and would recommend him to anyone!
I had a detailing and brake work done on my car and couldn’t be happier!
I brought my car in for an oil change it was delayed so they gave me a loaner and detailed my car too. Eddie takes good care of his customers!
Cars are WAY overpriced. The owner is rude to his customers. Will never consider buying a car here ever. Nothing ever gets fixed properly if even at all. The cars are shined up and cleaned nice just to hide underlying mechanical issues. My friend that purchased a car from there noticed instead of painting a problem area it was spray painted. Hours of operation are not as they state even though they are posted as such. I would never recommend this place to even the worst enemy of mine.
