When a person either asks or starts talking about buying a car the first thing I say is do not go through Cars plus Credit. The customer service is terrible and they sold my son a lemon. Called and asked about getting it repaired and was told it was basically my sons problem. Worst dealership to deal with.
Bought this car on Saturday. Died Saturday night. Called the dealership to see if they could help with the $2300 repair in any way. I have a wife and 6 children and work a job that only pay $11.00 an hour. I can not afford to fix the car. Dealership owner said they wouldn't help at all and that I should have expected repairs buying such a cheap car. I didn't expect perfection but I also didn't expect a lemon! RecommendedI have to say if you go here deal with Todd only we sent a customer of ours up there & Todd was not there and someone was very disrespectful to him. I don't know who it was I know when you walk into the door it's his first desk guy to the right Asian dude or whatever he is he was not willing to work with our guy we sent. But my mother just bought a car and Todd worked with my mother very well. We known Todd since he had his other lot and treats his customers well.
