I paid 850$ for a gasket cover replacement! I paid Richard then he said he broke a tool and rescheduled for two weeks I missed the appointment due to being needed at my son's school. It took another week to get hold of someone, I was told may 30th at 9 am and Richard went ghost again.. I spoke with the fiancee of the owner who said she would give me a refunded and I've been ghosted again!!
