I don't write reviews but I had to this time. Scott and his guys went out of there way for my mom when her car broke down. Scott and his guys stay well after closing to finish repairs on her car so she wouldn't be stranded. I will definitely be recommending
Had my traverse hauled there for diagnostics, tried calling to communicate multiple times was hung up on. Called back to pay diagnostics fee to have my car hauled somewhere else after unprofessional encounter before and was told my car drove and didn’t need hauled anywhere I could come get it. I went ahead and paid another 150 to have it hauled back to my house anyway because I knew it wasn’t drivable with no repairs or diagnostics done. I have been a customer of cars for the past 18 years i have never not one time had a problem with their service or the guys that work there they treat you like family they know your name the last few post i have seen on here have been so disrespectful that it borders on slander i also happened to know that post where made by one child an his delinquent friends trying to ruin a business that has been a nieghborhood staple for the last 25 years you should be ashamed of your self
