Bad news – I rented from Enterprise several times mainly because of two reasons: this location is within walking distance from my house, and they're almost always the most affordable. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Yeah, they're usually friendly, but they're also clueless morons. Several times my car wasn't ready, despite making a reservation well in advance (isn't this the whole reason why you make a reservation? So your car will be ready when you arrive?!).
