I was actually impressed this time with the level of "personalized" service I received from my Simi Valley Enterprise location. I have rented here a number of times and always received the hum-drum-fake / "have to be nice" service. This time was different. They spoke to me like they had known me for quite a while, were personable and the check out/in process was completed in a timely manner. Randi and Tanya and Don are exceptionally nice and professional. My pick up time was spot on and the vehicle was ready. It was clean and full of gas as a rent a car user would expect. I am sold on Enterprise at the Laughlin/Bullhead City Airport. and will continue to call upon them in the future.

The only good thing about my experience was the lovely woman who helped me at the airport and the very kind people at the Laburnum Ave office. First I asked for a certain car. They said I would have it or something like it. The woman at the Airport said she didn't have that car but another location might so I took the car she gave me and drove to Laburnum. I have rented from Enterprise in South Yonkers a few times now and every time has been an excellent experience. Everyone is extremely professional with fantastic customer service. The cars I have rented were all in great shape and looked brand new. I would also like to say that Albert Pena was an absolute delight to work with and I know they value me as a customer and went out of their way to make the entire experience seamless. I would not go anywhere else when needing to rent a car.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in La Mesa is the best Enterprise I've been to in California. I've been to a few but the customer service is great! The conditions of the vehicles are always good! My puppy, Izzy even loves them.

I have always chosen enterprise for my rentals! Each and every one of them in the Corinth ms location is extremely nice and professional . The rates are very reasonable and they are very understanding ! I had a bad situation and the manager steven at the Corinth was very understanding and very sincere . Thank you enterprise ! I'll always choose enterprise .

I rented a mini van and had to travel 13 hours (one way). During my trip, a rock hit and shattered the front windshield and sent glass flying all the way to the row of seats behind the driver's seating. I stopped, called Enterprise and informed them of what just happened. They asked me where the vehicle was located and it just so happened, there was an Enterprise location 1.5 miles away from where I pulled over to stop.
