They are unprofessional and always so rude. They have also consisteny threatened to repo my vehicle for being 2 weeks "late" on my payment some months. Seriously never has the account fallen past 30 days and that want to repo. They are just trying to find a way to scam people out of the payments already made. They have no customer service skills and are just rude hateful people. They act as if you are bothering them when you are trying to make a payment or call on your account. They rip people off. There cars engines are no where under warranty, Dont let them tell you they are. They sold me a car that they took the stereo and fuses out of. And told me that i had to fix the engine and if they did it i would have to pay for it on a side note. Dont ever every buy from these people they rip people off so bad. I returned my car after two weeks and took the 1200 loss. They are unprofessional, there office areas are filthy and unorganized, and there cars are lemons.
