My daughter moved in her first apartment and her car was towed by your service her doors were open on her car she was unpacking her car the tow truck driver had the audacity to get out of his truck close her doors and drive off with her car
The worst
Stood outside for 1.5 hours waiting for the ‘internet’ to work so we could pay. Five sets of people waiting in the cold with no jackets and being ignored
If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. First of all the tow was not valid. I waited in line FOREVER!!! Look at the damage to my car!! The bumper is pulled away. It is loose around the headlights too! My car was not like this before!
