Bought a car from the auction and the listing clearly said that the car came with a key. When I go to pick up the car that I purchased they charged me 100 for the key.
Horribly rude staff. Very sketchy process. Wasn’t helpful at all. Took no ownership when asked for documentation of the condition of my car, pre tow. Towed out of my own apartments parking lot. Don’t contract your business to them, this place is unorganized, damaged and unprofessional.
A terrible, disgusting, scummy, and predatory excuse for a "business" that exploits people's misfortune and dubious legality of towing cars (that are likely people visiting friends and family at complexes), holding them hostage, and charging exorbitant rates to receive them. You can't even meet someone face to face when you get there. It's the worst scam I've ever seen. If you see their company logo on your private property BEWARE.
My daughter moved in her first apartment and her car was towed by your service her doors were open on her car she was unpacking her car the tow truck driver had the audacity to get out of his truck close her doors and drive off with her car
