Bought 3 cars from this towing company on their auction all 3 said run and drive. That is why I bought them. 2017 blown head gasket and new battery needed. 2013 Cadillac bad transmission and needed new battery (did not drive at all) 2015 bmw needed new battery and has electric issue ( did not run and drive) received the auction paperwork 2 months later for 2 of them. The 3rd one just received 4 months later.
0 stars!!!!! These people are scam artists after 2 hours my car was $239 to get out !! That’s absolutely insane and they’re extremely unprofessional . If u see anything with C.A.R.S STAY FAR AWAY !!!!
Horrible experience and place.
Bought a car from the auction and the listing clearly said that the car came with a key. When I go to pick up the car that I purchased they charged me 100 for the key.
Horribly rude staff. Very sketchy process. Wasn’t helpful at all. Took no ownership when asked for documentation of the condition of my car, pre tow. Towed out of my own apartments parking lot. Don’t contract your business to them, this place is unorganized, damaged and unprofessional.
