If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. First of all the tow was not valid. I waited in line FOREVER!!! Look at the damage to my car!! The bumper is pulled away. It is loose around the headlights too! My car was not like this before!
As you can imagine, Towing company owners/workers are probably one of the most unethical humans to exist. Arrived here at 11:30, and they still charged me a fee that is charged if you pick up after 12. They will do whatever they can to take your money out. DISGUSTING. Explains why they don’t even have the nerve to show their face.
These people are money hungry. You come way to Ellis county from Dallas county to come get my car. This is the second time in 2 weeks you have done this and texts me to pay you 320 EACH TIME! YOU PEOPLE ARE A FREAKING RIP OFF. This has inconvenienced me with my job and financially. From this point on, do not come get my car or there will be problems...... DO NOT because I'll know when you show up....
