I use them a lot and it’s always a good experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting two hours for our dinner, the food arrived COLD and basically ruined. I attempted to call customer service, but hung up after being on hold for 8 minutes and 36 seconds. I will be calling back again and again until I can get a person to answer to the deplorable service we experienced.

What name was your order listed under or what is your house number & and restaurant you ordered from? We made some change major changes this week with the majority of the focus on getting more people trained, to be out delivering and to check your orders for accuracy.
Ordered at 6:57 and dinner arrived by 7:15, even though it initially said 40 min to an hour. Everything was correct, including the special order of chicken quesadillas without the chicken. So happy to have found Carryout Courier!!! You'll probably be seeing us a few times a week! �

Went to get lunch today and ordered from harrisburg carry out currier wanted Sakana Japanese steak house they took my money out of my account then proceeded to call me and tell me the restaurant was closed due to the holiday weekend. I'm a little upset that they didn't call first to put in the order before taking the money out of my account. I ended up getting no lunch and still short 17 bucks. Poor form CC, I get food from you guys ALL THE TIME and have never had a problem till now. I'm very upset about this.

Last two attempts to use the service resulted in cancelled orders. Tonight placed order and an hour later got a call the restaurant was out some of the order.
I don't usually leave poor notes but you service is very unpredictable. At least 1 out of 3 times I order delivery the orders come in wrong. Today it said deliver time 40 minutes to an hour. I waited 2 hours for a vegetarian order to come in with meat in it and I even specified in the notes that I am vegan. It is very frustrating that notes are not being read and orders constantly come in wrong or not as requested. We've been ordering from these guys since we moved back to Lancaster and so far the service has been awesome. The drivers are always friendly and thorough. All our food shows up as ordered and on time. I love the text message updates along the way so we know when the driver picks up the food and when they're on their way to us.
