I purchased this trailer and on my second trip to storage the leaf spring bracket broke. Ive jumped through dozens of hoops with pictures, receipts, emails and have been given the run around. Its been almost a year. I parked it day one because it was a road hazard. Ive had to rent trailers in this period. I dont know what else I can do. I dont have the money to waste and I dont know how to fix it. Id like it replaced or be reimbursed for the trailer, registration, tax,title and the rentals of trailers over the last year.
Well I usually pride myself on trying to promote great businesses as you can see with my Google reviews but if I can give anyone some sound advice, DO NOT BUY A CARRY-ON Trailer!!! This is my second and will be my absolutely last one I ever will buy of these slapped together and fall apart in a year Trailer! I bought my first one from Lowe's in Salem NH and never looked close at it till I brought it home. The welds looked like a first time beginner welded it.
