Well I usually pride myself on trying to promote great businesses as you can see with my Google reviews but if I can give anyone some sound advice, DO NOT BUY A CARRY-ON Trailer!!! This is my second and will be my absolutely last one I ever will buy of these slapped together and fall apart in a year Trailer! Happy with the usefulness of my 6x14 trailer purchase .
Poor quality control. Thought I was buying my "forever" aluminum trailer. Got cracked welds and evasive customer service.
My trailer has been at the repair shop for 75 days due to a warranty issue, and it is still not resolved. This extended downtime has caused me to lose clients and income, which has had a serious impact on my business. Communication throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. There has been little to no accountability, poor responsiveness, and no clear updates on progress.
