We cannot be happier with the assistance Carry provided us during our recent home sale. Her experience, professionalism and knowledge helped guide us through the home selling process. No detail went unnoticed. From the correct pricing placement, timing, staging, and photographs... our home showed beautifully. Carry is excellent. Attentive, proactive, calm under pressure and reassuringly good at her job. She helped us find our dream home. She never spouted any BS to get us to settle for something that wasn't right and was quick to point out flaws in homes that wouldn't meet our standards once she knew what we were looking for. She's so good that we asked her to help sell our home without hesitation.
We were very pleased with Carry’s service. She sold my Uncle’s house in California while we live in Washington state. It was a complicated situation selling the house as a trustee, with an estate clean out and house repairs. Carry navigated all these issues smoothly. I would highly recommend her!
