We have had a mixed experience at Carrus Care Flower Mound. The front office staff and general staff members we interacted with were kind, welcoming, and professional, which we genuinely appreciate. However, we have serious concerns regarding clinical supervision and group safety. One of the therapists we worked with (Dylan) often gave the impression of being unsure or unsteady in his role, and at times his tone came across as easily frustrated, which did not feel reassuring in a therapeutic setting. I do not recommend this place at all for your children. We had a horrible experience. A staff member caught herself in her own lies while demanding my child be discharged. Then came back and said actually no we aren't going to discharge her. This was after my daughter tried to tell staff the previous week of other patients having brought in contraband ( Vape, pills and gummies) which I was made to think my daughter lied to me because that would NEVER happen per the staff member.
