1-Star Review Carrs Pharmacy – Dimond Blvd Location If you’re looking for professionalism or even the bare minimum of customer service, avoid this pharmacy—especially the technician I dealt with. He claimed he would transfer my prescription over and assured me he was “on top of it,” but weeks went by with no progress. I provided the necessary information not only over the phone but also hand-delivered it to him personally. After all that, he turned around and said he couldn’t get the information. Really? The worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been to. Especially the pharmacist. She’s always late, grumpy and always talks down to customers & other pharmacy staff. I always have to wait at least 3 days after calling in my prescriptions and she will not allow me to get 90 days prescriptions-so I have to go there every month for my 3 medications…all at separate times. She will not let me pick all 3 at the same time….total trash service & attitude.
