Used to be the best pharmacy in Anchorage but that is absolutely no longer the case.
Beyond frustrated as someone living in a village unable to go into the location. Phone calls are never answered, even with stored information our medications are never filled or mailed properly. Currently waiting a month on expensive medication that was filled/mailed late and lost in the mail at this point. Have made many attempts to call/email with no response, if phone is answered there is never a returned called.
You’d think the pharmacist gets paid extra NOT to answer phones. Multiple voicemails left, no response. Every single time I try to call (and I’m talking about over the span of MONTHS), they NEVER answer the phone. On very rare occasions, I leave a voicemail, hear nothing and then miraculously my prescription is filled- most of the time however, i just hear nothing.
