The staff is great, my only problem with the pharmacy is that they seldom answer the phone , leaving a call back number doesn’t get a call back. Being a senior who relies on taxi’s to get there can be quite expensive. I was there yesterday and was told to try today, I’ve called numerous times and no one answers.
The Carrs Midtown pharmacy is terrific! Our family, including an elderly parent with lots of prescriptions, has moved here from Walgreens and it has been a great decision. Prescriptions are ready on time, pharmacists and techs are knowledgable and helpful, plus grocery shopping to make good use of precious time. They even filled a late-Friday-afternoon prescription for my mom in under 2 hours, without begging or even making a special request. High-five to this team!
This pharmacy does not answer the phone and is unable to give you information about your prescription status if you visit in person.
Used to be the best pharmacy in Anchorage but that is absolutely no longer the case.
Beyond frustrated as someone living in a village unable to go into the location. Phone calls are never answered, even with stored information our medications are never filled or mailed properly. Currently waiting a month on expensive medication that was filled/mailed late and lost in the mail at this point. Have made many attempts to call/email with no response, if phone is answered there is never a returned called.
