If I could give 0 stars I would. A woman treated me like i was trash and then proceeded to put me on hold because I had questions about my prescription. I have non epileptic seizures and needed medication questions answered due to a refill issue. The pharmacist himself was kind and understanding but the tech clearly hates her job and all of her customers. This just happened minutes ago. Some of the best in town, I've been with them for years because of this
Paul their manager is rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. Complete power trip. Why would someone with a PharmD degree argue with a patient who is agonizing pain and can't walk. I hold you at a hire standard and expect one with his degree to keep his cool. Ombudsman.
