I called Don yesterday, he answered immediately I didn’t have to leave a VM. He said he’d check out the situation today and by 10am today my door was repaired! Highly professional, timely and economical. Didn’t try to sell me a new system, which I thought I needed. Was honest and told me the unit I had was new and he could fix it. Can’t recommend enough!! The selection and ordering process was so simple. Once we chose our doors they were professionally installed in 2 weeks. The team did a great job cleaning up when they were done. The doors look great!!!
Just want to thank the gentleman I just spoke with at carrs overhead doors who just helped me To reprogram my keyless entry to my garage. Expecting it to be a nightmare To deprogram and reprogram myself cuz to have a rep come out is expensive he (unfortunately didn’t get his name) helped me over the phone with patience, sense of humor and guidance.
