Despues de esperar 45 minutos tuve que cambiar mi cita ya q no me pudieron atender.
I do not recommend this office. There were no English-speaking staff available, which made communication extremely difficult and frustrating. On top of that, I felt profiled based on my last name. The staff assumed my son was fully bilingual simply because our last name is Garcia, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. No one should be judged or treated differently based on assumptions like that. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would suggest seeking care elsewhere.
Unprofessional and above all disorganized.
