Brought my MoM and Sister in for lunch. It was their first visit. We all enjoyed the food and had a great time. The staff was kind and very helpful! I got the "Strawberry Fields" on a croissant. This sandwich is seasonal and I have been waiting patiently for Strawberry Season to get One!! Sweet and Savory YuM!!

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch at the Carrot Tree. We have eaten here before and enjoyed it very much. Of course we took a carrot cake home for later. All their salads are so delicious. We both had garbanzo bean salad, and it was so great. Never had it before, it is something I normally would not choose. We both will sure have this again. Our lunch was flounder over a bed of spinach, garbanzo bean salad ,and coleslaw. Tarter sauce was good too. Perfect lunch. Everyone is so sweet.

I've enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts and special cakes at Carrot Tree both in their old location and their current great new location. Love taking out of town guests here as well as joining local friends. Never expect to leave without taking home extra special desserts, salads or ham biscuits. I had them decorate carrot cake cupcakes for my best friend's 50th birthday party with a big 50 followed by a carrot as the exclamation point on each. Both hilarious and tasty.

Carrot cake is the best anywhere! We bring a whole cake to Northern VA and freeze it in pieces for future consumption.

A tasty lunch after cycling the Colonial Parkway. A fresh-made roast beef sandwich (very lean meat) with caramelized onions on toasted whole grain bread and a side of delicious Cole slaw hit the spot. Reasonably priced. Great service. And had to get a piece of the fresh made chocolate cake to go. Yum! I'd go back.
