After a direct blow to my toe, it became infected and was painful to touch. After a trip to my Primary Care doc, and a visit to urgent care after the inflammation returned, I saw Dr. Grant. She immediately diagnosed the problem, presented a reasonable course of action, and performed the procedure - all in one office visit! My toe feels better than it has in a month. Don't ding her for scheduling - that's a Kaiser issue. Once you are able to see her, you'll be satisfied!
