I checked the portal and unable to access page reflecting my social security number. Please get it (SS#) removed. I previously found it on the forms page but I have no more forms to fill out.
Dr Bhandaru and team took care of me very well. She is proactive with the plan, treatment, and prevention. She's up to date with the tools. She knows what she's doing. You know you're in good hands. I went to see her due to my inexperienced previous dentist messed up my crowns. My previous dentist tried to fix one of my crown twice. She couldn't i was still in pain. It's horrible and very stressful. And then the other crown came off. Later on, i found out she also missed one of the holes on root canal, it got infected. That'... read more
