I have been a tenant of this company for 8 plus years. Upon reading the reviews I felt compelled to leave a review. I have never had one issue with maintenance, or requests. They are always answered promptly. It may not be resolved promptly, but that has nothing the do with the manangement company. They don’t own the house. They can only report to the property owners and hope they will respond favorably. I have been with some horrible property manegemeny companies and this is NOT one of them.
As a property owner do not use Carrollton properties to manage your properties. Maintenance issues will go unattended no walk in or out inspections will be done to a satisfactory standard. Contacting them is an answering service so trying to get ahold of anyone from the company is impossible. Please do not waste your time with this company.
