They never pick up your phone
The floors were so gross and extra dirty felt like we were gonna catch something just walking in there this place should definitely be cleaned daily.
These people don’t know what days they are open. I was hung up on. Here I am missing work because their website and sign says one thing but they aren’t even open on Fridays. How are we supposed to know…? When I asked how? she said ‘don’t call my office again’ and hung up….i wasn’t rude at all. Not to mention the office is ran down and looks abandoned. don't waste your time with this place. they don't even have the capacity to update their office hours SINCE COVID. That FOUR YEARS they've had to correct their hours of operations listing both online and what's posted on their door. and if you try to call them, they just get pissy at you for calling this out. Why would i trust my child with people so incompetent that they can't even update their hours of operations either online or the one posted to on the literal front of their building in FOUR YEARS?
