everyone there is a awesome. you are always notified of your appointments. and the Drs take their time w you to make sure you know what is going on and what the best move is.
They always get me in and take care of me using a conservative approach first. I loved Dr. Cates and Dr. Charron also. The PA David is amazing. I’ve been there for several different injuries and only encountered one rude employee in 5 years.
The best employee that they have is SCRUGGS . Everyone else ? Should NOT be employed there . The rest is just extremely rude , and HATEFUL. If any of my friends or family are referred here ? I will make sure that they go somewhere and anywhere else . It’s absolutely ridiculous how they treat people , I hope someone comes in and BRINGS IN A NEW CREW ASAP. #IHATETHISPLACE!
Some of the staff aren't real friendly. But the ones that are friendly make up for it. I went on May 22. Could not have asked for better people to assist me. And I love Dr Charron and his PA. Dont want to see anyone else for my knee.
This Dr office is horrible. They over book and can’t keep up on appointment times and we sat for hours In the waiting room while people who came in after us got called back before us. Most ridiculous Dr office I have ever been too! Staff was rude at the front desk and taking personal calls while I stood there for 5 minutes to ask what the problem was.
I've been going for almost 9 year. The staff are very polite, and nice. The Doctors are awesome. ��
