I was so upset that I could not find a dentist that would help me with my 7 yr old, she had an adult molar that needed work. As soon as I called Carrollton family dental I immediately felt less stress! They got her in right away and were able to take care of the tooth!! The tooth that other dentist told me would have to be pulled. I will no longer go anywhere else for dental!
All the folks at Carrollton Family Dental are amazing. Worked me in at a moment's notice. And went above and beyond extra. I have always dreaded dental work. But these folks put my soul at ease. Super friendly and professional. Job well done Carrollton Family Dental.
Staff has ALWAYS been great with customer service. I personally have never had a fear of the dentist but I can promise you this, if you are uneasy about the dentist they truly make you not only feel at home, but also as family. From the front office to the assistants to hygienist, and down to the doctor himself they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy going in for my cleanings!
The whole staff is so nice! Dr. Tom always explains everything before he starts, which makes me feel a lot better. I highly recommend Carrollton Family Dental.
