New Docs are GREAT!! You need to go back! There are new doctors that took over this business. They are VERY friendly as they know the last doctor left without warning and helped me get my contacts ordered. I waited several months to get my contacts but the last doc just vanished. The entire staff is new and I want to thank them for their help! I can see again!!
No Comparison...great group I dont do reviews but I found this place off this site and Dr Oh made an impression so here it is. They fit me in the same day. I'd recommend them and I will go back when I need new glasses. Overall, it was a great experience.

Love this place! So professional, so helpful, so perfect for Carrollton! I wish they would have been here from the begining because I love my glasses and wont go anywhere else. Dr. Buto (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) diagnosed my dry eye condition when noone else did. No wonder I was never happy with my glasses in the past. No other doctor spent the time to answer my questions. Go to Carrollton Eye Care and you wont be disappointed.

I love this place and the doctors! We have been seeing Dr Oh for about 8 years plus. (Myself and 3 kids) My husband also comes here and sees Dr Buthod. The staff is friendly and helpful. No hard sell on their glasses, as most times I like to purchase at Walmart for my kids. Contacts are same price as anywhere including 1-800-contacts. If you are looking for a friendly place that appreciates you and your business and treats you as a friend (like in the old days) go here!
I have been going to this eye doctor for years. I'm only giving two stars because Dr. B has been great; however, I am disappointed about how the customer service has gone down hill over the years. The change in office staff has led to unfriendly and less knowledgeable service. My husband went to pick up a copy of his glasses prescription today and they charged him $5 for printing one piece of paper!!! How tacky. Not to mention the cost of their glasses are ridiculous.
