Do not go to Carroll's Treasures Jewelry by Noble park! he destroyed my mother’s ring. He was so rude didn’t communicate and said the band either melted or broke but couldn’t tell me exactly what happened! So instead of calling me to tell me what happened the owner thought it was perfectly fine to just put a new cheap looking thick band on it (originally a delicate looking thin band) and I guess thought that I would never know! The person with whom you spoke with was not anyone from Carroll's Treasures Jewelry, we lease a space from Carroll Custom Jewelry and we are two separate businesses owned separately. Mike Carroll owns and operates Carroll Custom Jewelry which does all the jewelry repairs and has nothing to do with Carroll's Treasures Jewelry.
