First off paid cash yesterday and was suppose to get a call never happened cause of a no show employee so nobody else called to say my tires were in I called . Now been here little over 2 hours and there still not done ! Not happy with the customer service or service . Won't be back. �� if you have a day to waste this is the place to come !
My husband and I have done business with them for years. They have been competitively priced and given us great service. We always use N. Grand Location because it is closest and when our farm equipment tires go down they handle it quick. ... when prices are way cheaper I would beware...maybe you are not getting the same quality of parts or professional knowledge and warranty. I know people who have gone elsewhere for cheaper and have regretted it in the long run.

Total disappointment! Called and got the run around at the store on grand? They were supposed to call me back and never did! Went into the store on Plano and the estimate included parts at a massive mark up as well as parts that were not needed. 2,300 estimate for new suspension parts, shocks, 4 new tires, alignment, and balancing. For the suspension bid was 1300 out the door and Went down the road and the estimate is 800. I had bought several sets of tires over the years from Carrolls and it WONT ever happen again!! Thanks to Jose at the North Grand & 65 location, provided a very competitive price on four tires and an alignment. Made financing option very painless, which was great this close to Christmas lol... Service crew did a great job. Highly recommend Carroll's Tire Warehouse !
