Went for alignment information, they set the alignment at a much worse position then when I brought it in. Rear wheels make no contact and they adjusted bolts that are non adjustable in order to show readouts. Avoid them, currently looking to see what can be done through other avenues about this situation since they adjusted an unadjustable torque bolt with prior knowledge.

I lease my truck through Enterprise Leasing I called Carrolls Tires on Brundage the day before and asked for an appointment. They informed me it was first come first serve which is fine. I showed up the next morning exactly at 8:00am and saw an employee in his car and everything was closed The manager showed up at 8:10am to open the store He did not seem like he was in a hurry to open or didn't seem to care that he had a customer waiting on him for He did not appologize for being late He was not in a hurry to get the store r... read more
