I would highly recommend this place. I was looking for an auto shop that was close to my house when i came upon Carrolls. This is a family ran shop and you can feel the compassion from the employees. They kept me inform with what was going on with my VW Beetle. Anytime they found something wrong, they would call to make sure I was aware. I wil definately be bringing my cars back to them. Thanks Bill and crew!
I have been bringing my Volkswagens to Carroll's for years and have always received friendly customer service, and never had a problem or an issue with any repairs. They are very knowledgeable, and have always been willing and able to help and get me back on the road in no time. Their prices have always been fair and I trust them with my car. They are my car guys!
I have taken all my VW's to Carroll's for years. I was a mechanic myself before but do not have time to work on my own cars anymore. I have found everyone at Carroll's knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly honest in All their dealings with me. It is a shame that only people angry with their service tend to post.
Trerrible Customer Service – I trusted them at one time but discovered they are scammers. Check the place out, that is the quality of work you'll get! You'd be comfortable though if you live in a trailer, or like trash. In addition, I've spent over $4000 in work there in the past year as each of daughters have new beetles, and they still treat my like s..t. I had a complete A/C replacement done in August of 2008. Customer beware – I don't know who posted the five-star review, but my experience has been more like SamVW's. I went to them because I did not know anyone in town and the people at BAP Auto Parts recommended them. My overall experience has been disappointing to say the least. Although my vehicle seems to be doing okay right now, I found the non-moving parts were not put together fully and well after a job on the motor. Do not go here! – Please do not go here, find another VW shop its worth a further drive! I had a blown head and I took my car here for the first time, it was a horrible experience! The first time I had to take it there they let my car sit out side all day with the key in the ignition. Then they replaced the head and did not assemble my engine correctly! There where missing nuts and bolts and large pieces of metal housing that were vital to my engine and engine compartment! When I came to pick up my car they had locked my key... read more
