I don’t know why more people aren’t writing reviews on her but Teresa is nothing short of amazing! She is so kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and so much more. She takes the time you need to talk about everything you need. She never rushes your appointments and she truly listens to you and answers all of your questions. If we didn’t have her in our corner to help our child overcome their health issues, I don’t know what we’d do. Dr. Carol is nice and has been kind to my daughter as her patient so nothing against her personally however the customer service there is terrible. Long wait times with an appt and no care or consideration if you’re running late for an appt. There is supposed to be a grace period where you are still accepted after being late yet they deny you and cancel your appt which includes being charged a fee. I disagree with this “policy”.
