Gary Carroll, is a crook. He lies just to get a job and doesn't honor the warranties he gives you.
The girl I talked with was very friendly but after the initial contact , the owner calls you back and he was rude, unhelpful and very abrupt once he found out that this would be a cash job. I dont know where the rates come from for this place but I wouldn't even give it one star
I just used Carroll Roofing for a metal roof replacement, soffit repair and new guttering. Gary Carroll showed up to do the adjustment and was as personable and straightforward as a person could expect, he broke everything down so we both understood what was going on and I was happy with the personable approach. The work was completed in a timely manner with more than enough communication about times and days and what was going on.
